Welcome to the Blades of Orac!
There are a number of things you should know, and hopefully most of your potential questions will be answered shortly. Lets cut to the chase, shall we?
As a team, the Blades of Orac promote strong, legitimate gameplay and a powerful connection to our teammates. We help each other achieve our goals, either similar or different, and we also remain as active as possible to raise a nice, welcoming sensation whenever you log into the server.
HOW TO REGISTER:
STEP 1) There are buttons on the very top right-hand corner of the page underneath the "FAQ - Search - Memberlist" commands. One of those is the "Register" button, and another is the "Log in" button. Register first.
STEP 2) After you register, you must contact Lundwick (aka: Solty Rei 8, Auron C., Swifshot, Soron V2) to activate your account. Once this is finished, you will be able to log in to our forums and use all of its features.
STEP 3 Once you have some time to do so, please find the Registry forum and create a new topic titled with your desired forum name, and list all of your characters along with their levels, class, and section IDs for reference to the other team members. Your levels will give us a better idea of your experience, your character classes will help us decide how to help you, and your Section IDs are important so that we can Ctrl+F and quickly find a teammate with the right ID for that specific rare to hunt. Just make sure you spell them correctly!
STEP 4) Finally, make one more topic in the General Discussions thread briefly describing yourself so we can get to know you! The team is a great way to make new friends and build strong relationships. Make full use of it!
That being said, there are three main differences you might be unfamiliar with if you have been in another team at some point:
1) The Team Bank - The team bank is our store where you can buy and sell items (all kinds, from weapons to mag cells, mediocre starting equipment to uber rares, you name it). Items our bought and paid for with Team Points (tps), and by staying with the Blades of Orac you will certainly find it a very forthcoming approach and profitable organization indeed.
2) Our Team Events - Generally, every week we hold one to three team events which can be found and rallied for in the Team Events section. By participating in events, you are rewarded with Team Points (tps), and the amount you receive depends on the event itself. Generally, if you show up and participate, you are bound to reap the benefits of our system.
3) Strict (but fair) Rules - Although we offer help to anyone with arms wide open, our rules must be obeyed. We are strictly a legitimate team, and any form of cheating the game, server, or other players will result in a warning, but also possibly (without notice) a kick from the team list and a ban from our forums. Do not cheat. Do not hack. Do not scam. Play fair, and you are sure to succeed.
